Abstract
The human life begins with formation of three germ layers which develop early in embryonic life called the endoderm, ectoderm and mesoderm. Gastric teratoma is a rare teratoma which usually presents in children or infants and even rarer in adults. Bezoar is a solid mass of indigestible material that accumulate in digestive tract especially stomach which is benign and very rarely associated with gastric teratoma. On the other hand, gastric fundal diverticulum is another rare presentation and least common gastrointestinal diverticula especially at the fundal of stomach. We are reporting a case report with a combination of all these three rare, unique conditions in an adult, who is diagnosed as large gastric fundal diverticulum with bezoar which post operative histopathology is mature gastric teratoma.
